Barlovento Caramel is a standout favorite – made with fresh, local heavy cream,
European-style butter, and cane sugar, we use it in our Fleur de Sel (French flower of salt from Brittany) caramels, enrobed in 64% Cacao single-source Venezuelan dark chocolate, with a generous Fleur de Sel stripe diagonally across the top. It’s also a key ingredient in the Fleur de Sel Caramel Truffle.
